Hydraulics do the lifting. Every function that matters on a crane — hoist, telescope, luff, slew, outriggers — is hydraulic, and a fault anywhere in the circuit shows up as a machine that cannot work at rated capacity.
Our hydraulic range runs from the pump to the cylinder: variable displacement piston pumps and motors, sectional and monoblock control valves, telescoping and luffing cylinders, load-holding and counterbalance valves, solenoid and proportional valves, accumulators, swivels, filtration, hoses and fittings, and complete seal kits in NBR, polyurethane and Viton.
We also supply the parts to rebuild rather than replace, which is frequently the faster and cheaper route: rotating groups and swash plates for pumps, spools and cartridges for valve banks, rods, glands and wear rings for cylinders.
A note worth repeating: most hydraulic failures are contamination failures. Whenever a major component is replaced, the system should be flushed and the filters changed, or the new component will follow the old one. We would rather sell you the right filter today than the same pump twice.
