Replacing a safety system component is not finished when the part is fitted. A safe load indicator that has been given a new pressure transducer, angle sensor or length cable reel is reading against calibration values that no longer describe the machine, and until it is re-calibrated the display is confidently wrong.
We supply safe load indicator sensors, displays, cable reels and harnesses, and we stay reachable afterwards to walk through the calibration procedure for the system you are working on. Where the system needs a manufacturer-authorised technician, we will say so rather than talk you through something you should not be doing.
The same applies to wind monitoring. A wireless anemometer is only as good as where the sensor sits — a reading taken in the lee of the boom or a nearby building is worse than no reading at all, because it is trusted. We advise on mounting position as part of the supply.
Safety-system parts are the one category where we recommend genuine OEM without qualification.
What this covers
- Safe load indicator sensors, displays and cable reels
- Calibration guidance after component replacement
- Wireless anemometer sensor mounting advice
- Genuine OEM recommended without qualification
- Clear escalation when an authorised technician is required
- Support that continues after delivery
Applies to
What we need from you
- Equipment make, model and serial number
- Part number from the component, if it has one
- A clear photograph, including the nameplate
- Key dimensions — bore, stroke, thread or voltage
Most enquiries reach us without a part number. Send a photograph and the machine details and we will identify it.
