A rental fleet's economics are simple and unforgiving: a unit in the yard earns nothing, and utilisation lost this month is not recoverable next month. Everything about how we stock is aimed at that number.
We hold broad coverage across the components that take hire units out of service — filtration, hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves, engine service parts, alternators and starters, control panel components, mast and winch parts on lighting towers, and the running gear underneath trailers.
For fleets we assemble service kits per unit rather than per catalogue page, labelled by machine, so the workshop opens a box for the job in front of it instead of picking through bulk stock. For mixed fleets — which is most of them — that alone recovers meaningful workshop hours.
We also carry both genuine and aftermarket across most ranges, which matters more in rental than anywhere else: on an older unit approaching the end of its fleet life, the economically correct part is often not the OEM one, and we will say so.
