About this part
Outriggers transfer the entire load of the crane and its lift into the ground, and the machine's rated capacity assumes they are fully deployed and holding. Cylinders that creep, worn beam wear pads and damaged float pads all compromise stability.
We supply complete outrigger beam and jack assemblies as well as the individual parts: jack cylinders, load-holding valves, wear pads, float pads and pins, position sensors, and the seal kits to rebuild the cylinders in place.
Outrigger position sensing feeds the safe load indicator, so any sensor replaced here needs the system re-checked afterwards.
