About this part
Individual drive axles are replaced when damage is confined to one position on a multi-axle carrier — a failed differential, a cracked housing or a wet brake pack that has run dry.
We can supply the complete axle, an exchange unit, or the specific rebuild components. Where a machine has mixed axle types across positions, note which position the axle serves: ratios and brake specifications frequently differ between steer, drive and tag positions on the same carrier.
